DESCRIPTION
Fixing device for an inflating tank in a sealed duct compartment, and a sealing assembly that incorporates a deposit provided with said fixing device
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the field of water channeling systems or distribution of electric lines, and more specifically to devices for sealing and / or sealing conduits that comprise connections with pipes and / or electrical and / or fiber cables inside. Optics or even fords.
The object of the invention is a fixing device for an inflating tank of a watertight compartment intended to seal ducts, as well as a sealing assembly that incorporates a tank provided with said fixing device, by means of which it is possible to maintain a fixed position and stable the deposit, without unwanted movements of the latter that prevent the execution of the opening or break necessary for the expansion of the gas under pressure or liquid contained inside, at the same time that it constitutes a comfortable and simple solution for its coupling in all types of final locations, whether on floor, ceiling or wall.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, different devices for sealing and sealing ducts are known in the state of the art, both for underground water canalization conduits, and for electrical distribution network conduits.
These sealing devices, intended to be installed inside the ducts, caskets or similar, have the main purpose of preventing leakage of liquid, preventing the entry of dust and dirt, as well as providing protection to the conduit and / or internal wiring against possible remains of stones or sharp external elements that could damage and affect them, being able to produce electrical cuts, contamination of the water of public consumption, unwanted obstructions of the conduits, etc.

In this regard, it is worth mentioning, for example, the Spanish patent application ES2436854 A1 or the Spanish utility model ES1078100 U, which describe duct sealing devices that incorporate a reservoir within which air under pressure is housed, a button that it allows to release said air under pressure, and a bag; in such a way that by releasing the button, the compressed gas inside the bag is released, which causes the bag to swell until the duct is blocked. Another example can be seen in the patent ES2420786 B1, where another reservoir of compressed gas is described which has means of rupture for the inflation of sealed compartments. Thus, it has been detected that these shutter devices require some improvements, among which are:
- The current deposits or bottles require the existence of special “compartments” or rooms specifically incorporated in the sealing bags to house these deposits inside, see figure 1 of the applications ES2436854 A1 and ES1078100 U mentioned above, with the costs manufacturing partners, design and material that entails.
- Current shutter devices require the additional installation of a “valve” in the tank itself, to regulate the gas pressure output, which results in a greater complexity of operation, as well as higher assembly and manufacturing costs.
- Other devices also require a "push button" for the release of gas, see figures 2 and 3 of the application ES2436854 A1, said button being formed in turn by a multitude of parts (trigger, pin, connection head, valve, etc. .) increasing the structural complexity of the set and the probabilities of failures and operating errors, in addition to the total costs.
- Another problem lies in the fact that current deposits, even when they are ready to be placed inside a sealing bag, are susceptible to slight movements or displacements when trying to operate the sealing device, either manually or by means of break. These unwanted movements cause

a mismatch of the original position of the tank, which prevents the tank actuation means from being properly executed for the subsequent process of liberation of the gas or liquid contained therein, and therefore, obtaining an incomplete duct obturation and faulty
Ultimately, the object of the invention solves the main problem of deficiencies in the actuation or breakage of the deposit, both in those cases that the entire full range of cable that the diameter of said conduit allows it to be installed within the same conduit allows Without the presence of cable. When a cable occupies more than 60% of the surface of the conduit, the deposit finds the interference of the cable itself and triggers its trip or breakage without problems, but when the section is small or does not include cable, the deposit tilts and does not find interference on the part opposite to the drive or breakage, so its activation is not possible. Provided in the installation of a sealing device and assembly such as those proposed by the invention, it is not necessary for the deposit to find such interference, so it is certain that it is always activated even for those cases in which it is intended to seal off unwanted elements the initial or final section of a duct.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
By means of the present invention, the aforementioned problems and disadvantages are solved by providing a fixing device for an inflating tank of a sealed compartment intended to seal ducts, whether said conduit of water pipes or electrical networks, especially fiber cable ducts optics. More specifically, the fixation device object of the invention allows to keep the tank in a fixed, safe and stable position, having the security of its optimal operation or breakage and subsequent release of the compressed gas or liquid contained inside, regardless of the section of the cables that run inside or even the absence of these, thus avoiding defective and / or incomplete clogging of the ducts.
The fixing device of the invention comprises a first finned part having a central body preferably of curved configuration, or arched, for its
5

coupling to the sealing tank, the latter generally cylindrical in shape, and a pair of lateral wings attached to the central body and diverging outward from an imaginary vertical axis of said central body.
In addition, the fixing device may comprise a second support piece having at least one internal surface preferably curved for coupling around the tank, or hugging it at least partially perimetrically, and in a distanced position with respect to the first finned part.
Preferably, the central body of the first finned piece has a "U" shape, with a lower base from which the aforementioned wings diverge, and a pair of lateral branches emerge for their integral coupling to the geometry of the tank.
More preferably, the first finned piece, the lateral branches of the central body and the wings, are of a flexible material, considering the possibility that the lateral branches are of arcuate configuration for coupling to a tank with cylindrical curvature. In this way an optimal adaptation of the wings and the lateral branches of the central body is obtained not only to the special curved configuration of the conduit and the deposit respectively, but also of the electrical or fiber optic cables installed inside the conduit.
Said elements, in particular the first finned part and the second support piece, allow to fix and keep the sealing tank in a firm and stable position, without unwanted movements or slipping thereof, thus ensuring an optimal drive for the proper exit and release of the gas or Liquid content inside.
According to another object of the invention, a sealing assembly is described which incorporates a sealing tank provided with said fixing device, increasing the protection of conduits and facilitating their installation in any position or orientation in which the cable and / or conduit is located. to be sealed, either on floors, ceilings or walls, as will be explained later.
Said sealing assembly comprises: a container containing a pressurized gas or

Liquid which in turn has opening / breaking means either at one of its ends or arranged externally for the release of said gas or liquid; a fixing device comprising a first finned part as described above, said part being coupled in the tank; and a sealed compartment such as an external, tightly sealed flexible container, inside which the reservoir and the fixing device are housed, preferably being housed in the ford.
Said sealing assembly may comprise a second support piece as described above, coupled in the tank and separated from the first finned part, arranged at each of the opposite ends of the tank.
In addition, it is envisioned that the deposit can incorporate at its outer surface at least one recess preferably located at at least one of the ends of the deposit, for the coupling of the first finned piece. Said at least one recess allows a secure fit of the above-mentioned piece in a fixed and stable position, without possible mismatches or slips thereof.
In the case where the second support piece is additionally available in the tank, this will comprise the respective recessed for coupling said piece at the opposite end where the first finned part is coupled.
On the other hand, it is also contemplated that the deposit also has a plurality of perimetral grooved recesses, located at each of its ends. These slotted recesses allow to avoid leaks of the gas or liquid contained inside the tank, providing additional security during manufacturing tasks related to filling and / or closing the tank.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
Several examples of preferred realization are described below, mentioning the figures mentioned above, without limiting or reducing the scope of protection of the present invention.
Figure 1 shows the fixing device (1) of the invention once it is already installed in an inflator tank (D) of a sealed compartment suitable for duct sealing (C), as can be seen in Figures 2A at 2C. According to a first preferred embodiment, said fixing device (1) comprises:
- a first finned part (10), shown in Figures 1 and 3A, which has a central body (11) of curved configuration for coupling to the tank (D), and a pair of lateral wings (12) attached to the central body (11) and which diverge outwards from an imaginary vertical axis (V) of said central body (11), where according to this preferred example, the central body (11) has a "U" shape, with a lower base ( 11A) from which the wings (12) diverge, and a pair of arcuate configuration side branches (11B) emerge for their integral coupling to the curvature of the tank (D) as shown in Figure 3B, and
- As previously indicated, a second support piece (20) complementary and optional to the first finned part is shown, which has at least one curved internal surface (21) for coupling around the tank (D) and in a distanced position with respect to the first finned piece (10), and that in a first preferred embodiment thereof it has a "U" shape, having two curved lateral sections (22) whose distal ends converge inward without contacting, as is see in figures 4A and 4B.
With respect to the first finned part (10), it should be noted that, preferably, both the lateral branches (11B) of the central body (11) and the wings (12) are of a flexible material, so as to allow optimum coupling and adaptation from them to the special curved and cylindrical configuration of the tank (D) and the duct (C)

respectively. Thus ^ on the one hand the central body (11) is attachable to the external surface of the tank (D), while the wings (12), thanks to its flexible character, are perfectly adaptable to the internal surface of the duct (C), as seen in figures 2A and 2B.
Figure 3B shows that both the central body (11) and the wings (12) of the first finned part (10) have a concave curvature. This feature allows to facilitate its coupling to the tank (D), as well as its insertion into the duct (C) to be sealed, although it has been foreseen that the wings (12) can have a convex shape, with which analog results would be obtained. adaptation to the internal curvature of the duct (C) in question.
With respect to the second complementary support piece (20), it also provides a safe and stable support for the tank (D), a separation zone between the inner wall of the duct (C) and the opening / closing means ( 102) of the tank (D), see figure 2C, as will be explained later, favoring an optimal operation thereof, without obstacles or barriers that prevent a complete release of the gas or liquid contained inside the tank (D).
Preferably, said second support piece (20) is made of a flexible material and has a non-uniform section, such that its lateral sections (22) have a smaller section with respect to the rest of the piece, see Figure 4B. This particularity, added to the flexible character of the piece, favors its coupling to the tank (D), without the need to exert high efforts.
However, according to a second preferred embodiment, the central body (11) of the first finned part (10) has a closed ring shape (11C) as shown in the broken line in Figure 3B; while the second complementary support piece (20) may have a closed ring shape (23) as shown in Figure 5. In both cases, the coupling of said pieces (10, 20) to the tank (D) would be carried carried out as by the simple insertion of each of the ends (E1, E2) of the tank (D) in said pieces (10, 20) of closed annular configuration.

According to another object of the invention, a sealing assembly (100), shown in Figures 6A, 6B, 6C, which comprises:
- a tank (D) container of a pressurized gas or liquid which in turn has opening / breaking means (102) for the release of said gas or liquid;
- a fixing device (1) comprising a first finned part (10) coupled in the tank (D) at one of the ends (E1, E2) of the tank (D); Y
- a watertight compartment consisting of an external, tightly sealed flexible container (110), inside which the reservoir (D) and the fixing device (1) are housed inside the ford. In this example of realization the flexible container (110) is a bag.
Although in the present example of embodiment a second support piece (20) coupled to the tank (D) has been represented, the pieces (10, 20) being separated from each other at each end (E1, E2) of the deposit (D), it should be mentioned that said second support piece (20) is complementary and optional.
Thus, the sealing assembly (100) described herein is conveniently and easily attachable inside the conduit (C) to be sealed, as shown in Figure 6C. More preferably for actuating said sealing assembly (100), it is provided that the flexible container (110) additionally comprises an activation tape (112), shown in Figures 6A and 6B, attached to one of the ends of the container flexible (110), in particular, in position coinciding with the end (E1) of the tank (D) where the opening / breaking means (102) are located, such that the exit of the gas or liquid contained inside the tank ( D) is obtained by simply stretching slightly or pulling perpendicularly of said activation tape (112), causing the opening / breaking means (102) of the tank (D) to be activated.
Figures 7A and 7B also show that the tank (D) has, according to the present example, recesses (105) located at both ends (E1, E2) thereof, into which the pieces (10, 20 are inserted) ) of the fixing device (1)
5
10

respectively. These recesses (105) provide additional security for the fixed adjustment and positioning of any of the pieces (10, 20) without unwanted movements thereof.
On the other hand, in the example of Figures 8A, 8B and 8C it is observed that the tank (D) has a plurality of grooved perimetral recesses (107), located at each of its ends (E1, E2), allowing said Grooved inlets (107) prevent leaks or leaks of the gas / liquid contained in the tank (D), especially during filling and closing.
The fact that the first finned piece (10) is located at one end (E2) opposite the end (E1) where the opening / breaking means (102) of the tank (D) can be found is not an arbitrary or random characteristic. Quite the contrary, this feature allows said finned part (10) to act on the internal walls of the duct (C) by applying a force in the opposite direction to that initially applied by the user on the opening / breaking means (102) in the moment of pulling the activation belt (112) to perform the sealing assembly (100), thereby achieving a complete and optimal drive thereof without defective or incomplete seals.
Furthermore, in the example of Figure 6A it can be seen that the flexible container (110) comprises an adhesive tape (111) of sealing, preferably of butyl, located on its central outer surface. Said butyl material constitutes a viscous, soft and sticky material, which provides a firm and safe adhesion of the sealing device (1) to the internal walls of the conduit (C) to be sealed.
At this point, it should be noted that the external flexible container or bag (110) is made of a material such as plastic, so that it is easily deformable and foldable, capable of being inserted into the conduit (C) to be sealed, and / or wrapped around an electric cable or set of circulating cables inside said conduit (C). More particularly, the flexible container (110) is formed by a set of layers of different materials, namely: aluminum layer, layer of
polyamide and polyurethane layer, by means of which optimum resistance and toughness of the flexible container (110) is obtained, while allowing an adequate folding thereof for its insertion into the interior of the conduit (C) in question.
